仕事内容	A global consumer healthcare company is looking for Jp/Eng bilingual commercial finance analyst to act as a finance business partner and support the growth of the Japan business. WFH and flex time available. Description * Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial support for business decisions. * Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate planning and insights. * Lead demand planning and financial oversight for revenue and expenses. * Collaborate on new initiatives, offering financial insights and analysis to guide strategies. * Monitor spending and performance, recommending actions to meet business goals. * Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration for efficiency. Profile * Build strong relationships with teams to support decision-making, leveraging advanced Japanese/English communication skills. * Take initiative to identify challenges and lead solutions, using expertise in accounting, financial controls (including USGAAP and SOX), and strategic business analysis. * Analyse business data with various tools to deliver accurate, data-driven insights and recommendations. * Develop high-quality presentations in Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and speed for management reporting. * Apply problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills to influence outcomes and drive change. * Demonstrate collaboration, adaptability, and ethics as a finance professional, with a focus on continuous learning and innovation.
