仕事内容	This role calls for a dedicated and strategic Purchasing & Planning Senior Specialist with a focus on the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Logistics and demonstrate a keen eye for detail. Description * Procurement planning and execution linked to demand planning based on understanding of FTS (Forecast to Supply) flow * Inventory management, 3PL management and support * Date to secure the food quality and E&O management * Proper import processing in accordance with knowledge of international logistics and trade * Procurement KPI setting and tracking * A thorough understanding of product life cycles and appropriate management, planning, and adjustment * Reducing stockouts while maintaining appropriate inventory levels to achieve inventory and turnover targets * Prompt import processing, inventory management, and expiration date management using 3PL * 3PL inventory cycle counts and physical inventory counts * Import and domestic delivery troubleshooting * 3PL and external vendor assembly management * Changing core systems, testing additional processing, and migrating to production environment * Handling customs post-mortem investigations and internal and external audits Profile A successful Purchasing & Planning Senior Specialist should have: * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. * FMCG industry preferred, medical, lot management, import sales industry work experience of 5 years or more * Experience using 3PL preferred * Experience using SAP preferred * Excel intermediate * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in English and Japanese languages.
