仕事内容	Join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist and contribute to providing world-class solutions to customers in the energy, petrochemical, and construction industries. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can grow professionally. Description * Act as the primary point of contact for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) customers. * Handle sales inquiries, provide product recommendations, and create accurate quotations. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. * Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. * Support sales representatives in achieving their targets by providing back-office support. Profile * Experience in inside sales or sales administration * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment. * Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
