This requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. * Act as a liaison with legal professionals, including lawyers and administrative scriveners, to ensure smooth legal processes and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Bring a bright and engaging personality that fosters a welcoming and positive environment for employees and visitors alike, contributing to a supportive and productive office culture. Profile * Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) for administrative tasks, data entry, and communication. * Previous experience in an office management or administrative role, with a demonstrated ability to handle various office functions effectively. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, ensuring efficiency and accuracy under pressure. * Native level Japanese with proficiency in English or Korean.
