| 仕事内容 |
* Lead the technical execution of ServiceNow projects, providing guidance to local teams and collaborating with global counterparts. * Manage the development, operation, and maintenance of ServiceNow, including defining requirements and leading projects. Description * Lead ServiceNow implementation projects as a technical lead, collaborating with US teams. * Develop, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with local business needs. * Define service and process requirements in collaboration with local teams and lead the execution of related projects. * Respond to inquiries and handle incident management. * Participate in team meetings and Agile events as part of the Platform Service Function division. * Contribute to team building and knowledge transfer across teams. Profile * Proven experience with ServiceNow Now Platform, ITSM, and ITOM modules. * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, XML, JSON, and APIs (REST, SOAP). * Experience in testing, including functional and non-functional testing concepts. * Expertise in configuring and administering core capabilities, data models, integrations, security, and access controls.
