| 仕事内容 |
The Sales Manager, reporting to the Sales Director Asia, manages an established account base and develops new accounts in the Industrial markets. The role focuses on achieving order intake targets, building a sales funnel through strategic planning, understanding the market, and proactively exploring new business opportunities while addressing customer issues and ensuring business growth. Description * Drive business development and sales initiatives for Japan market * Create and implement sales initiatives aligned with the regional sales leadership team * Increase business among existing clients and promote the business to key accounts * Provide the leadership team with market trends and competition information to evaluate new opportunities * Address customers' inquiries and coordinate on quality topics to improve customer's satisfaction * Identify customer needs and relate them to new solutions and services * Coordinate with technical and regional teams to provide faster response and support to key accounts Profile * Bachelor degree in any field. Mechanical engineering would be an advantage but not a must * Previous experience in the Industrial field as sales, business development or field engineers * Good communication in English and Japanese * Ability to work independently to manage sales and customers * Valid working visa in Japan Job Offer * Salary package with sales incentive, support on employment insurance * Flexibility in working style with business travel * Opportunity to work in an international team and communicate with global teams * Gain extensive sales experience To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
