仕事内容	FP&A Analyst to work closely with hiring manager to cover one BU \| Career path, WFH available Description * Gathers and interprets detailed financial and operational information for management at various levels. * Supports leadership in decision-making by developing and refining analytical tools and visual presentations. * Compiles reports and analyses to assist with regular financial closing activities and ongoing fiscal tasks. * Oversees forecasting and budgeting efforts within the organization. * Works with management and teams across different functions to identify issues and propose solutions. * Suggests system enhancements and process improvements to boost efficiency and streamline operations. Profile * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 3+ years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or accounting preferred. * Proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential. * Hands-on experience with ERP systems and analytical tools is advantageous. * Strong project leadership and consulting abilities, effectively partnering with internal stakeholders. * Solid grasp of financial principles, regulations, and processes, along with advanced analytical and quantitative skills. * Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of navigating complex environments and influencing various organizational levels.
