仕事内容 |
Provide level 2 support for retail application users and coordinate system testing with business users. Support project implementation and user training. Description * Provide daily level 2 support for retail application users. * Solve incidents and offer workarounds when immediate solutions aren't available. * Coordinate and support system testing with business users. * Bridge communication between global support teams and local users. * Create and deliver training sessions for business users. * Support application implementations and project tasks, including testing and installation. Profile * Strong communication skills for interacting with users and teams. * Experience in application support, implementation, or development. * Experience with POS applications or retail operations (a plus). * Knowledge of SAP SD or MM (a plus).
