Description * The role primarily involves working with internal teams, including management, finance, and other departments like marketing, sales, and operations, while often collaborating with international teams. * Key duties include regular reporting, budget planning, and conducting financial analysis to provide insights that help improve overall business performance. * A focus on simplifying and standardizing processes is essential, particularly in understanding how different areas of the organization operate. * The goal is to support decision-making for leadership by applying logical and analytical thinking, even when working with complex data or tight deadlines. * The role may also involve contributing to various projects that require coordination with both local and global teams. Profile * Relevant years of finance experience in a multinational company. * Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP is a plus. * Strong proficiency in Japanese and business-level English. * CPA/Boki 2 and experience in budget planning are preferred.
