仕事内容	This role will primarily focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and involve close collaboration with the commercial team. We welcome experienced finance professionals from diverse industries, and this position holds significant potential for career growth, with the possibility of stepping into a Finance Director role in the near future. Description * Lead the business planning cycle, including goal setting and budgeting for various functions, while collaborating with local and regional FP&A teams. * Oversee the Strategic Planning/3-year Growth Plan, preparing presentations for management and offering insights on growth, risks, and resources. * Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting across franchises and functions, coordinating data for submission and analysis. * Drive company-wide initiatives focused on growth, profitability, and compliance, and support financial training and cross-company projects. * Ensure SOX and other compliance standards are met, supporting both internal and external audits. * Participate in talent development and engagement.
