Contribute to the growth and success of the company's Japanese operations by optimizing commercial finance, supply chain, driving innovation, and supporting sustainability initiatives. Description * Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive finance and supply chain strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. * Financial Oversight: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Japanese operations. * Supply Chain Optimization: Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory control. * Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance and supply chain professionals. * Innovation and Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. * Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks within the finance and supply chain functions. * Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and procurement. Profile * Language Proficiency: Business Japanese and English is required * Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in leading finance (and supply chain ideally) functions within a multinational company * Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability. * Financial Acumen: Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with a deep understanding of financial metrics and accounting principles. * Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. * Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex challenges and make data-driven decisions. * Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and business needs. * Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
