仕事内容	We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director with a proven track record. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of local regulations, and a passion for driving growth and financial performance. Description * Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets for the Japan and Korea regions, aligning with the overall corporate strategy. * Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to provide insights into financial performance and identify areas for improvement. * Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, credit risks, and regulatory changes, to protect the company's financial stability. * Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness of business operations in Japan and Korea. * Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure optimal performance and continuous professional growth. Profile * Financial Expertise: A solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and financial modeling techniques. * Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. * Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex financial challenges and drive positive outcomes. * Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, investors, and external auditors. * Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Japanese is essential. * Cultural Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and work effectively in a diverse environment.
