仕事内容	Lead the development and execution of a client strategy across the brand's directly operated network in Japan and Korea. Work in close cooperation with the Global and Regional teams. Description * Collaborate with HQ and Regional teams to produce high quality client insights to inform business decisions to increase customer development and retention. * Deliver presentations to retail teams on the ground as well as senior team members. * Define clear objectives and appropriate KPIs to ensure client engagement in Japan and Korea markets. * Incorporate a deep understanding of the store environment and ensure the tools developed meet the needs of the retail force. Profile * 6-8 years of experience in client relationship management or client strategy, preferably from the luxury fashion or hospitality industry. * Passionate advocate for CRM, keeping those around them focused on driving success. * Experience with people management. * Open to travel to Korea and France around twice a year. * Fluent in Japanese and English.
