仕事内容	The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the premium stationary industry. This role requires creativity, excellent communication, and leadership skills. Description * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies. * Identify opportunities, trends, and competitive environments. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. * Enhance brand positioning and visibility through various channels. * Oversee the development of marketing materials, including digital content. * Lead product launch initiatives and promotional activities. * Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. * Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics. * Provide marketing support to the sales team. * Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance. Profile * At least 5 years of brand management or marketing communication experience. * FMCG industry experience at a global corporate. * Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. * Strong project management skills and initiative. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. * Solid analytical skills and acute attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively across functions. * Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
