仕事内容	The Finance Business Partner involves acting as a strategic financial advisor to the business. This includes providing financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive performance, optimize resource allocation, and support decision-making across the organization. Description * Financial Analysis: Providing in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. * Business Partnership: Collaborating closely with business units to understand their objectives and providing financial insights to achieve them. * Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis to management. * Cost Management: Identifying cost reduction opportunities and implementing cost-saving measures. * Project Financial Management: Supporting the financial aspects of new projects and initiatives.
