Description The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial performance and strategic direction. Key responsibilities include: * Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business units to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with overall corporate objectives. * Financial Analysis: Provide comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform decision-making. * Performance Management: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Strategic Support: Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives by providing financial modeling and analysis. * Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness. * Financial Planning: Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. * Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business partners to foster collaboration and trust.
