| 仕事内容 |
job description: You will be in charge of running the classrooms at an English school, a daycare, and an after-school care facility with the motto "Play and learn in English." Specifically, you will be responsible for the following: [Classroom management] You will perform many tasks as a classroom manager, such as managing classroom sales and sharing information with staff. [Parent interviews] We will ask about your family, etc., understand your living environment and wishes, set goals, and report on results. [Acquisition of new students] In order to acquire students for the classroom, we will plan and implement advertising (flyers, etc.). [Staff training, education, and management] Since lessons for children are conducted by native staff, you will communicate well with staff and share teaching principles. Application requirements [Either one is required] ■Sales experience (either corporate or individual) ■Sales/customer service experience (those with experience in negotiating with customers will be successful) ■Those with more than one year of management experience of 5 or more people ┗Those with experience as store managers or assistant managers in restaurants, retail, and apparel are active. ┗Those with management experience in BtoC sales. |
