| 仕事内容 |
This role involves optimizing backplane IC processes (leakage current, MIM capacitors, etc.) within a cross-functional team, working with Fabs and internal engineers to improve yield and product quality. Description * Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. * Design test wafer and perform process characterization to evaluate process performance and reliability. * Work closely with cross-functional teams including analog IC designer, layout engineer, and architect to ensure seamless integration of optimized processes. * Troubleshoot process issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize silicon backplane tape-out time. * Implement process modifications and improvements to enhance yield, transconductance, and product quality. Profile * Educagtion in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field. * 10+ year industry experience working as a process engineer. * Experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and processes, including photolithography, etching, deposition, and metrology. * Fluency in English * Japanese or Chinese language prefered Job Offer * Salary Range: 15M~25M * Location: Tokyo * Occasional international travel required * Flexible Time Policy Our client is looking for an Expert and Leader who is eager for growth and challenges!
