仕事内容 |
You will be responsible for operational, administrative, and financial tasks, ensuring the team has the necessary support to work efficiently. Description * Manage day-to-day office administrative activity such as mail, visitors receptance, etc. * Communicate with the building management and maintenance, equipment provider, etc. * Manage operations and logistics related to the sales activities of direct and indirect customers. * Handle operational tasks for HR activities, such as onboarding, new employees' orientations, attendance reports, employee gifts, travel related logistics, etc. * Manage communication between HQ and Japanese authorities/local service providers.
