仕事内容	大手外資金融グループにてC&B/Benefits Lead Analystのご案内です。Vice Presidentとして様々な業務に采配をもって取り組んでいただくことができます。 Description - Aids in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy. - Manages the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions and liaises with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach. - Assists with managing Health Care programs including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Trip/Transit, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Retiree Medical Programs (U.S. Domestic and Puerto Rico populations). - Ensures that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements are also covered in this function. - Handles and resolves escalated individual participant issues. - Assists with regular internal and external audits. - Manages regulatory filings and state reporting.
