| 仕事内容 |
1. Level 2 application support for JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot 2. Responsible for Incident analysis/recovery/providing hot fixes/and root cause analysis/release management/automation/monitoring/reporting/work with leadership 3. Monitor production jobs and environment 4. Incident triage, assignment; resolution 5. Support configurations for programs, enhance existing programs and/or integrate packaged vendor solutions with existing systems. 6. Documents, tests (unit and integration), implements and provides on-going support for the applications. 7. Application monitoring and preventive maintenance 8. Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex production application defects 9. Perform minor application upgrades / enhancements 10. Support disaster recovery testing / validation |

1. 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE Technologies 2. Should have at least 3 years of experience in the support role 3. Working knowledge in database (PL/SQL, Query writing) 4. Experience in operations, ticket resolution (incident management) 5. Experience in in Technical concepts, Analytical and Problem-solving skills 6. Working Knowledge on DevOps : Jenkins/ Kubernetes 7. Cloud Technologies exposure : Azure |
