仕事内容	This role involves managing digital workplace services, ensuring their reliability, efficiency, and quality, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring KPIs, and implementing best practices, while also ensuring business goals and technical specifications align with internal and external stakeholders. Description * Oversee the complete provision of digital workplace services, including planning, execution, assistance, and maintenance * Assure the dependability, efficiency, and quality of digital office solutions, including remote access technologies, mobile solutions, and cloud-based collaborative tools * Assist in coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, project managers, vendors, and customers, to guarantee that business goals and technical specifications are in line * Keep an eye on and provide updates on the KPIs, customer satisfaction measures, and service level agreements * Determine and put into effect the best procedures, standards, and practices for managing services in the digital workplace Profile * A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar subject * 5 plus years of experience in digital project management/service management or similar role * Expertise in digital workplace technology, particularly with regard to Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, MDM (InTune), System Center, and meeting room hardware (Teams Meeting Room) * Excellent communication skill in both Japanese and English * The capacity to function in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented setting * PMP, ITIL, or other IT certification are a plus Job Offer * Competitive Salary * Long-term renewable contract * Global luxury retail company * 長期派遣 * 年収：経験・スキルに応じ相談可能 * 社会保険完備 To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
