| 仕事内容 |
Tax Manager role to lead all tax operations in Japan and partner with the regional and global HQ | Flexible working, career growth opportunities Description * Assist with tax compliance filings for JP entity and other APAC entities. * Manage Japan JCT invoices, VAT processes, and reconciliations. * Stay updated on APAC tax laws. * Conduct tax risk assessments and mitigation plans. * Handle inter-company balances, remittances, and withholding tax declarations. * Provide tax consulting, transfer pricing, and audit support. * Conduct tax law training. * Review transfer pricing reports. * Standardize transaction processes. * Collaborate on process manuals. Profile * Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Tax required. * Fluent in Japanese and English. * Zeirishi or CPA certification preferred. * Relevant experience in corporate tax * Strong grasp of Japan's tax laws. * Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. * Proficient in Excel. * Experience withERP systems preferred. * Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Proactive in driving improvements to tax processes.
