- Managing Allocation and Merchandising operation for the whole of Tokyo - Be part of a team that prioritizes the "right stock, right place, right time" approach, ensuring profitability across retail, digital, and outlet channels. Description * Collaborate with Asia Merchandising to achieve planned sales and profitability through strategic stock allocation. * Conduct weekly trade reviews, analyzing sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends. * Participate in the buying process, planning range reviews, and carrying out quarterly buys. * Engage in weekly trade calls with the Japan team to review performance, discuss action plans, and identify opportunities and risks. * Conduct seasonal product market research to meet local demands and opportunities. Profile * Over 3 years of experience in the fashion industry. * Strong understanding of business planning and analysis. * Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English. * Proficient in Excel, with a proactive and creative problem-solving approach. * Collaborative team player adhering to the brand's values.
