In this role, you will be responsible for strategic financial management, risk assessment, client relationship management, and financial reporting. As a leader, you'll guide a team and contribute to sustainable growth. Description * Strategic Financial Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives. Leverage your deep understanding of finance leasing to optimize financial performance. * Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Analyze financial risks associated with leasing transactions and develop risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. * Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring financial solutions accordingly. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly will be crucial. * Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analyses. Use data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making. * Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Profile * Experience in finance leasing, preferably in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of leasing principles, financial modeling, and risk management. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
