企業について（社風など）	Native teachers are an essential part of our kindergarten. Work from October 2024 Not only do they conduct all English classes, they also assist Japanese teachers throughout the day. They do so by helping to manage and assist the students during Japanese classes, attend gym class, or guiding students how to play musical instruments during music class. Together, teachers ensure a high level of education and make sure our students excel in all areas. i Kids Star students are children ages 2-6, and each teacher is assigned to a particular class for the duration of the whole school year (April-March).
勤務時間	Rotate between shifts, 9 hours a day, including a 1 hour break
応募条件	Requirements：・Must be a Native-level English Speaker ・Must have at least a two-year Associate's Degree or higher for visa sponsorship purposes. ・Must be able to articipate in all school events, including those scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays In addition, instructors might be asked to work at company events. ・Must be enthusiastic in teaching energetic lessons, and creative in finding new ways to engage students while teaching via a predefined curriculum. ・Must support school management and assist children in their personal development. ※A work visa is required at the time of joining, and we will support the visa renewal process.

給与に関する説明	Salary：3,000,000 yen/year～ Holidays：Company holidays which fall predominantly on the three main holidays in Japan: ・Golden Week ・Obon Week ・End of Year Benefits：・Visa sponsorship ・Thorough initial training ・Work related commuting costs are covered(with a maximum limit) ・Health insurance included ・Paid overtime ・Paid vacation is given on the day of joining the company based on the employment regulations. ・Only for those who live far away, we will subsidize half of the rent (up to 30,000 yen) for 3 years.
休日	Working hours：5 days a week. ・Monday-Friday ・9 hours a day, including a 1 hour break ・Regular working hours are ①7:30～16:30 ②8:00～17:00 ③8:30～17:30 ④11:00～20:00 ・Instructors might be asked to work overtime (paid overtime) in the mornings or evenings ※Saturday and Sunday and public holidays shifts are available about 5 times a year
