仕事内容 |
As the HR Operations Lead for Japan & Korea, you will be making sure that the entire employee life cycle is running smoothly for the teams in both countries. As a leader you will be working with multiple stakeholders in Japan and APAC as well as leading ad-hoc projects. Description The main responsibilities would include: * Ensuring employee life cycle is running smoothly (from on-boarding to off-boarding) * Share best HR practices in the local and regional team * Make sure employee policies are up to date with Japanese labor law (also Korean labor law) * Implementation of new functions, procedures through the HR system on a timely manner * Lead team members by example * Coach and advice managers on how to handle delicate HR matters in their team * Work with the other HR teams (HRBPs, TA etc.) on all HR processes Profile The successful candidate would possess the following: * Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (Korean a huge plus) * Strong HR Operations experience in an international environment (experience in HR Shared Services is a plus) * People management experience preferred * Updated with Japanese labor law * Multiple stakeholder management experience * Regional experience a plus Job Offer The offer would include: * Above market package * Regional coverage opportunity * Flexible working style includes WFH To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
