仕事内容	The Order Management Manager is responsible for managing and supporting several business areas within Order Management and Customer Service. Description * Manage transactions from order placement from the companies outside of Japan to deliveries to customers ・ Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements whilst complying with the policies ・ Co-ordinate and negotiate with local 3PL's ・ Communicate with not only logistics members but also sales members from distribution partners Profile * People management experience in B2B Industry, Ideally Chemical and manufacturing * BA Degree * Native level in Japanese and Fluent in English * SAP Knowledge or experience Job Offer * Medical Insurance and Pension * OT Allowance * 50% work from homr 50% work in the office * M-F, 9am to 6PM To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
