Manage the garner the Personal banking Relationships of Key decision makers
Facilitate meetings - understanding what the Japanese decision makers want and explaining them solution offered by the our bank.
Facilitate in documentations.
Constant engagements with decision makers to keep exploring new opportunities, solve pending issues/pain-points.
Represent the bank and be a active participant engaging with Japanese Trade Body / Meetings & Conclaves & Consulates

Should be proficient in Japanese and English language in both verbal and written aspects
Basic understanding of Banking practices
For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
o Strong knowledge of the Japanese language and culture with a proficiency in English language is a must.
o Strong analytical & problem solving mindset with an attitude of "professional skepticism"
o Good communication (both verbal & written)
o Ability to manage complex client situations
o Ability to multitask
