仕事内容 Sales for HCL's IT and Business Services (ITBS) segment accounts. It’s a regional role based out of Tokyo, Japan and will need the candidate to travel to our key geographies in the region.

The ideal candidates have strong know-how of technology, strong interpersonal skills to work as productive team member, with experience in similar streams in their previous roles.

And well connected with the local ecosystem (product partners, vendors and customers including C level connects), can target the right customers, grow a quality pipeline, and build mutually beneficial long-lasting relationships with the client.


・Generate Profitable Revenue from New and/or existing Account
・Generate New streams of Revenue from existing customers
・Achieve targets (revenue, orderbook, gross margin).
・Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customers base in Japan
Ensure face time with customers for selling and conduct sales presentations
・Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities
・Collect invoices/payments on time
・Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.

応募条件 【必須要件】
・Currently living in Japan and having permission to work in Japan
・3+ years of IT service or consulting experience such as migration, SAP / CRM solutions, AMS / IMS, Security, IoT, Cloud solutions, automation and Digitalization.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
・Strong relationship-building skills, effective in persuading, convincing & influencing relevant stakeholders
・Self-motivated, Proactive and Resilient
・Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, Account Planning, Effort Estimation & Pricing Methods
英語能力 流暢 (TOEIC 865点以上)
日本語能力 流暢(日本語能力試験1級又はN1)
年収 経験と能力に基づく
