仕事内容 【Role & Responsabilities / 業務内容】

▪ Is responsible for the operational management of the Service Centre (coordination, management of action plans, allocation, prioritization, invoicing, etc.). He/she monitors the project in order to detect deviations and implement an action plan if necessary
▪ Is responsible for the operational management of the schedule, the workload plan and the commitment of resources: The role is responsible for the management of holidays and absences while respecting the project's planning commitments, and for organising back-up plans in the event of peak workloads.
▪ Ensures the technical supervision of the team, possibly with the support of referents: Monitoring of the project resources' skills matrices, forecasting of training plans and projection of developments to be carried out, Organisation of the versatility of know-how
▪ Consolidates continuous improvement proposals from the production team
▪ The team's first level of technical escalation. His experience allows him to have the necessary hindsight to unlock complex situations and he does everything possible to ensure the level of service expected by the Customer.
▪ Ensure the follow-up of actions under the responsibility of the consultants. As a technical referent, he ensures the support of his colleagues if necessary.
▪ Produce like the rest of the team but takes care of the most complex tasks.

• Experience in leading a team
• Strong customer support skills
• Native in Japanese is a must
• Experience in supporting internal customers in IT (Infra & Application)
• Good documentation skills
