■The role focuses on Business Development / Revenue generation and a significant role in Customer Care / Delivery support role.
•Develops long-term business relationships at Executive Level with Japanese Companies.
•Builds a personal brand in front of Japanese management based on professional authority, trust, the understanding of complex business issues and solving service delivery issues.
•Creates a personal and Deloitte’s strategy for the increase of revenue, portfolio diversification and getting new clients.
•Develops business opportunities by understanding clients’ businesses, identifying needs and translating those needs into client
•Responsible and accountable for closing new customer deals and generating new revenue streams
•Delivers financial objectives including revenue and service portfolio’s diversification.
•Acts as an active participant in business events and other gatherings directed to the Japanese Community in Mexico.
•Acts as a link and as a point of trust in front of Japanese management with respect to the company as whole.
•Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting key individuals at the Executive level of Japanese companies and getting on board the right service line specialists and the global Network.
•Provides support during the delivery of the company's services, mostly in the following areas: taxes, bookkeeping, audit, internal controls.
•Performs delivery support activities include: ensuring engagement meets Japanese standards, helping clients understand the technical issues being discussed in a way that is familiar to them, solve engagement and client relationship issues.
•Assists Mexican professionals improve their visibility and reputation in front of Japanese management.
