| 仕事内容 |
【役割】 The technology integration senior manager provides technological solutions to business and data systems, from architecture to design and full implementation and build of digital analytics platforms, middleware systems and mobile application. 【業務内容】 ・Middelware (Basis) and Data platform Architecture design and implementation (50%) ・Integration Platform (ESB, API hub, SLT, ETL, …) (30%) ・Digital Innovation and transformation support (20%) 【Competencies】 ・Technology knowledge and expertise (SAP Technology, BW Systems, Platforms (SFDC, CRM,…), Data platforms (Hadoop, BiGQuery, etc…), ESB (SAP PO, SAP PI, Dell Boomi, …), JDBC, ODBC ・Database expertise (GraphDB, RDBMS, Un-strcutred, Semi-structred,…) and languages (SQL,…) ・Development and Web service (Java, C#, Python, Perl, JS, SOAP, REST, XML…) ・Strategy oriented and structred thinking ・Creativity and innovation ・Team and Collaboration oriented ・Performance driven |

【必須要件】 ■Engage with IT and functional leadership team, IT and Digital Strategy execution ■Work closely with ICT and business department to deliver consulting-level support in terms of digital capabilities, technological solutions and middlware architectures (Basis, ESB, Data hub, etc…) ■Work closely with Business Intellgience and Data intelligence teams (AI, BW,…) to build their middlware infrastrucutres (platform, DB systems, Mobile applications, …) as per IT strategy ■Manage vendors and team members regarding middleare and platform development projects: planning, budgeting, staffing, KPI and deplotment metheodolgy (Agile, Micro-Service,…) ■Proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business functions ■Responsibility and active contribution to asse and select best technologies, tools, hardware and software for the use in various digital projects |
