仕事内容 * Provide Technical remote support for NGS products for customers.
* Demonstrate and help with library prep. Assist in experimental design and give technical consultation.


Description

* Provide field technical support for NGS products at remotely.
* Run demonstrations of NGS products. Support experimental design for customers.
* Give technical consultation for customer experiments and research.
* Collaborate with cross functional departments across APAC for future product design.
* Offer TAS expertise to support key clients and work closely with the sales organisation.


Profile

* 5 years experience with Next Generation Sequencing.
* Masters or PhD in Life Science related field.
* Business level English.
* Native in Japanese.
