| 仕事内容 |
Job description: • IT Infrastructure engineer at a Japanese IT service provider • Carry out and oversee systems- and infrastructure implementation or migration projects as project lead engineer and/or (technical) project manager • Work independently or in a team, depending on each individual project’s requirements • Define requirements and provide technical advice to our customers as well as internal stakeholders • Carry out pre-sales engineering activities in cooperation with our sales team • Plan and design IT systems and infrastructures • Create proposal documents • Carry out site surveys • Assist and support our helpdesk team with providing 2nd and 3rd line support • Carry out systems administration and maintenance tasks for our customers • Setup, configure and implement new infrastructure devices (servers, network- and security devices, etc.) • Create and update documentation • Report internally and externally Requirements: • Excellent technical skills (network, server, virtualisation, cloud) • At least 5 years of professional experience as network/server/infrastructure engineer • Ideally experience with (technical) IT project management • Has ideally worked at an IT service provider before • Experience with both SMB IT and Enterprise IT • Experience with public cloud solutions such as Azure and/or AWS • Independent, structured and responsible way of working • Highly reliable and well organized • Flexible regarding new tasks • Business mindset • Business-like, confident attitude and appearance • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • High quality standards • Business-level English • Fluent or native-level Japanese |
