仕事内容 外資系・アパレルブランドが、ITサポートエンジニア/ITサポートスペシャリスト(ジュニア~ミッドレベル) を募集しております。


IT Management (IT support)
- Installation/configuration/maintenance of their system, computers, software, printers, and internet and telephone lines
- Purchasing/installing/replacement of all equipment
- All IT activities related to stores’ new openings (installation of software and power boards, tiding up of cables, …)
- Creation of workflows
- Troubleshooting (Liaising with IT for all their system and software issues)
- IT support to all employees (including providing with IT training of new staff in shops and office)
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Supported brands are legwear, lingerie and cashmere products
- Self-starter to solve the problems in the store and office
- Self-learner to get a new technology and a good listener to the end users

Report line: Locally to IT Supervisor, functionally to HQ IT
- Communication to APAC office required

応募条件 Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the field (IT helpdesk/Desktop support etc.)
- Retail industry experience
- Bachelor degree (Not mandatory but a plus)
- Japanese mother tongue/Native level, good level of English (Italian is not mandatory but a plus)
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage

- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication ability and team working ability.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
- Network configuration experience (internet, TCP/IP, Novell OES, ZENworks, NTT ONU, ISP install, Wi-Fi configuration, telephone, mobile devices)
- Support devices (all in one POS system called Shoppy, windows PC, Mac OS, printer, Monitor for PC and digital signage, audio speaker)
- Helpdesk ticketing experience
- CAT (PDQ, Global Blue) terminal support

休日 完全週休2日制(土・日・祝祭日)

契約期間 正社員 ※6ヶ月間の試用期間があります。その間は契約社員となり、給与・待遇は変わりません。
