But we don’t stop there.For example, we have organized cultural exchange events in New York City, at such venues as the United Nations Headquarters, Columbia University, and Brooklyn Botanic Garden. We even organized a wedding parade on Manhattan’s Broadway, dressed in authentic special Shintoist kimonos for the wedding.
The parade attracted a lot of attention from the media, resulting in coverage by TV news.
We even surprised New Yorkers, who have “seen it all.”

We are pretty much free from rigid corporate hierarchy, partly thanks to our small size. We work by project. If you become a project leader, you will lead the team!
Most of our clients are large corporations. We have a long-term relationship with each of our clients. We communicate often with our clients to carry our successful projects.

Most of our projects are initiated upon our clients’ requests. Recently, however, we are expanding into proactively proposing and creating new projects for and with our clients.

Our corporate culture encourages self-motivated business proposals. For example, one of our employees started a project to sell flower essences that she had been studying extensively on her own for years.
