MnK Niseko, a real estate, property management and hospitality services company based in Niseko, Hokkaido, is recruiting new members for three positions.

MnK manages three resort accommodation facilities in Niseko, Hokkaido, and utilizes the unique characteristics of each to provide high-quality, comfortable accommodation and friendly, professional service.
Midori no Ki Co., Ltd. (now known as MnK) was founded in 2010 to provide unique resort stays and hospitality services. This type of service was rare at the time, and we created a unique service model as a community-based property management company.
Each year, we add more detached villas to Orchard Niseko and Country Resort, providing a unique resort experience to even more people.
Midorinoki Co., Ltd. underwent a rebranding in 2014-15, changing its name to MnK. The logo is inspired by the natural green color of Niseko and a Japanese stamp, expressing the uniqueness of the brand.

Main duties: You will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the managed properties, including monthly inspections, simple repairs, cleaning, and garbage collection. You will gradually learn the job under the careful guidance of senior staff.
Recommended for:
Main duties: You will be responsible for more specialized maintenance tasks such as equipment inspections, minor repair work, responding to equipment problems, arranging repairs, and supervising construction work.

Main duties: Support all aspects of real estate transactions, including showing properties to domestic and international customers, acquiring and managing potential customers, drafting contracts, and analyzing market trends.
4️⃣ IT & System Specialist
Recommended for:
Main duties: General internal IT support (software, hardware, network), management and integration of various systems such as CRM and PMS, introduction and testing of new systems to improve business efficiency, consideration and implementation of AI solutions (chatbots, etc.), website management support for the marketing team, participation in cross-departmental business improvement projects, etc.
