What We're Proud ofThe appeal of MicoAI, which continues to evolve in pursuit of human-like conversation

For AI to contribute to business, it is necessary to build relationships of trust through tactile communication with customers. However, there is not enough time (man-hours) to provide satisfactory service to all customers. Mico uses "MicoAI" as the AI platform common to all products, and by expanding human potential, from analyzing a large amount of operational performance to understanding customer needs and planning communication, it simultaneously improves customer satisfaction and streamlines operations.

Global Point

We have 260 employees, spread across four locations worldwide, representing 19 different nationalities, and we are a group of unique, passionate, and valued colleagues. At Mico, we create a global environment that accelerates each employee's growth and encourages them to take on new challenges. For internal communication, we hold "All Hands" events every six months, bringing together all employees at our locations in Japan, the Philippines, and India. Through the MicoAward presentation and cross-departmental networking events, we value real-life connections even in an online-focused work environment.

At a regularly held company event called "Mico Night," employees can casually interact over a meal, regardless of their department or job title, and new collaborations and ideas naturally emerge from the conversation. Additionally, we have implemented hybrid work (commuting to the office and working from home) , a flextime system (core time 10:00-16:00), and a life and health leave system (paid up to six times a year in addition to paid leave) to flexibly accommodate time differences with overseas bases and those with children or elderly care needs. Formerly known as "MicoCloud," this is the company's flagship product. It is a marketing platform that utilizes official LINE accounts .
Main functions: Customer management, segment delivery (delivery to targeted customer segments), step delivery (sequential automated delivery), chatbots, reservations within LINE, surveys, customer analysis, etc.
Features: Optimizes communication between companies and customers, helping to increase sales and reduce operational costs.

[ Mico Voice AI ]

This is an AI-powered automated phone call system .
Features: Approaches customers using natural AI voice, helping to alleviate call center staff shortages and create efficient customer contact points.

[ Micomii ]

This is a digital membership card and stamp card service that utilizes the LINE mini app .
Features: Primarily used in restaurants and other establishments, it can automate the distribution of coupons and messages based on customer visits.

BizClo: A one-on-one business chat tool using LINE.
SMS/RCS distribution service: A service that sends information to customers who are not connected via LINE via short messages (SMS) sent to their phone numbers.
