Luxury fashion brand Jimmy Choo is announcing its first foray into the digital art world with the launch of two NFT initiatives. Launching October 20th on Binance.

What is a Mystery Box?

A Mystery Box contains surprise NFTs that are only revealed when you open the box. In the Mystery Box there are four NFTs that you might find: super super rare (SSR), super rare (SR), rare (R), and neutral (N).

Jimmy Choo will make available 8,888 Mystery Boxes for purchase. They will be divided into four tiers of rarity: a single super, super rare Jimmy Choo / Eric Haze LOVE 100 Glitter, 445 super-rares, 3,109 rares, and 5,333 neutrals. Buyers will purchase without knowing which card they will get ahead of time.

 

Users who collect either the SSR or the SR from the JimmyChoo Mystery Box will have the chance to receive a super rare, never before seen NFT design by Jimmy Choo. Limited to 100 in quantity, this NFT will be randomly assigned.

2. An Order Detail pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your purchase
3. Click “Confirm” if you are happy with the transaction

After purchase, you can either open it straight away or add it to your collection.

What is an NFT Auction and how do you bid?

If an NFT is for sale using the Auction method, you will need to place a bid to hance a chance of winning. Just like in real life, the highest bid at the auction will end up purchasing the NFT.

The auction item is a one-of-a-kind trainer from the new JIMMY CHOO / ERIC HAZE CURATED BY POGGY collaboration. The innovative piece is a canvas for Eric Haze’s dynamic, urban script and exists only digitally. The auction’s highest bidder will not only hold the NFT but will also receive a limited-edition hand-painted trainer from the collection.

All profits from the auction will be donated to The Jimmy Choo Foundation in support of Women for Women International.
