Welcome to Saizou

In September 2005, we gathered professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the human resources industry and founded Saizou. Our goal was to create a "Talent Storage" which would include companies looking for talent and people who are looking for a place to let their talents flourish.

For our clients, we can provide three kinds of services: recruiting, outsourcing and media marketing. With the record of more than 10,000 successful recruitment projects, our unique know-how and our high-quality service have been evaluated as unrivaled.

From Interviewer's Eyes

Interview with an employee

We had the chance to talk with Mr. Usui, one of Saizo's Recruiters. Mr.Usui was always interested in the human resource industry but joined a different company after he graduated from university. At the end of his 20’s, he decided to make the move and start a new position at Saizou. He told us about what he finds challenging and what makes Saizou special. Read on to find out more!

What did you find the most challenging after joining the company?
Not too long after joining the company I was entrusted with some of our big clients. The level of candidates that companies in the Hitachi group, one of the top-tier Japanese companies, are looking for was a challenge but at the same time, it was very intriguing.

What is the most motivating part of your work?
I am always happy to hear that a candidate that I have introduced to a company has joined them and is enjoying his work.

Was there any experience that left a special impression on you?
One of the candidates that I have introduced to a client made such a deep impression on them that they even created a special position just so that he could join them. Becoming one-heart-one-soul with our client and finding an ideal candidate for them is an experience that stays deep in my memory.

What do you think makes Saizou special?
There is a high amount of trust between us and our clients and also between the team members. After I entered the company I was entrusted with clients that my colleagues have been in charge of for many years, and I felt I would not be able to experience this elsewhere.

What kind of person would you like to work with?
We take care of clients of various sizes and diverse industries, which means that you can have a broad range of experiences. That is why I would love to work with someone who is naturally curious and is ready to take on various challenges.

Experienced or not, you can become a RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONAL at Saizou
