We know that the aging society, the shortage of workers, and the problems are piled up. Know that the problem is the problem.

When I was a child, I was taught to do what I had to do on my own. Cleaning up, cleaning up, studying. That's right before you. Does it change when I grow up? No, it will not change. The difference is whether you think you have to do it or not.

Solving the problem is hard. The more difficult the problem, the more difficult it is. Some problems cannot be solved. There are many reasons why you can't. Lack of experience, lack of ability, lack of wisdom, etc. Solving difficult social issues with new technology (artificial intelligence). That's why ExaWizards exists.

New technologies never before existed. Some have the talent to create such technology. Some have the talent to extend the technology that has been created. Surely everyone has some talent. Be aware of your talent.

Product driven

ExaWizards' most important mission is to develop and provide its own services to solve social issues. The project (PoC) we are working on also focuses on products that can sublimate into highly versatile services as a product in principle. We focus on developing and providing.

Flat organization

It is an organization of varying nationalities and ages, with the value that "social issues cannot be solved without a multifaceted approach", communication is flat anyway. It is not uncommon for engineers who have joined the company as new graduates and veterans who have worked for the manufacturer for more than 20 years to communicate daily for the same purpose. We respect each other's technologies and skills and aim to solve issues in each area.

Global PointDIVERSITY

The average age of employees is 34.9 years. The employees have nationalities in 10 countries, and more than 30% of the engineers are from overseas. It is an environment where people from various countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, China, UAE, Nepal, and Mongolia can stimulate each other. In addition to engineers, back office members such as human resources and accounting teams can speak English. We hold a social gathering "HYGGE NIGHT" every month, and engineers and business interact as one team!

Members not only in the software area but also in hardware, academia and various backgrounds are gathered. Human resources are gathered from foreign and domestic consulting firms such as Google and McKinsey, Mitou Creator, domestic mega ventures such as LINE and Mercari, and Chinese tech companies such as HUAWEI.
