Promoting work-life balance:
◆We encourage employees to take paid leave and recommend "My Holiday Leave" for employee and family anniversaries, children's school events, etc.
◆There is a unique system in place that provides special allowances based on the number of days of paid leave that have been eliminated .
Introduction of "healthcare leave":
◆This is special leave that can be used for recuperation when ill, regular medical visits, health checkups, etc.
◆ This system integrates the traditional menstrual leave system and is easy for all employees to use, regardless of gender . Employees can take 12 days per year (2 of which are paid leave) in 30-minute increments, regardless of their joining date.
Flexible "Work from Home" Policy:
We have implemented telecommuting for all employees, and are using a secure environment and our own product, "moreNOTE," to ensure smooth communication.
◆Even when transportation disruptions are expected due to a typhoon or other reason, we will not force employees to come to work, and we encourage them to work from home from the perspective of BCP (Business Continuity Plan) .
