① Support engineer work
We work with stakeholders (customers, NTT global teams, in-house team members, partner companies, etc.) to resolve customer incidents and problems.
② Service planning business
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the verification phase of our new service plan.
In-house: NTT Global Delivery Center (mainly India and Malaysia), delivery manager and engineer in our company
Outside: Clients, vendors

Annual salary system Annual income: 5 million yen to 8 million yen
The salary for the next fiscal year and thereafter will be revised based on the personnel evaluation results.
