We will entrust you with proposal-type sales that export the technologies and raw materials used in major overseas brand cosmetics to overseas manufacturers. We will listen to customers' needs and images in product development and propose products that match the product concept from among the many raw materials. The frequency of business trips is once or twice a month in Japan, and once or twice a month when overseas is in the manager class.
Customers will be the research and development departments of major domestic and overseas cosmetics manufacturers such as Shiseido and Kose. Not only do we have stable transactions with existing customers for decades, but we also receive about 200 new inquiries a month from exhibitions and websites.
[No quota / comfortable working environment]
Overtime is less than 20 hours a month, and it is a comfortable working environment with 126 days off a year. There is no quota, as it can take 3-5 years to propose a cutting-edge new product.
You can teach carefully from senior employees centering on OJT. In addition, there are opportunities to study products under the guidance of a supplier, and it is an environment where you can hope to improve your own skills.
Since the supplier is overseas, it is possible to work in English from the beginning when importing. Overseas customers will also be in charge in a few years. If you wish, you can be stationed overseas.
