Our main mission is to propose imported laser-related products to domestic researchers and companies, and in order to sometimes fulfill customer requests, we will cooperate with colleagues to develop overseas manufacturers of target laser products.
More than 100 types of overseas laser-related products (eg laser analyzers, particle size analyzers, analyzers in production / development, etc.) / Hundreds of thousands to tens of millions per unit
(1) Sales destinations: R & D departments of major companies, technology / production / quality control departments, researchers / teachers of university government offices (pharmaceutical / chemical / food manufacturers from Kanto to Hokkaido, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, etc.)
(2) Buyers (customers) ... Overseas laser manufacturers (mainly Germany)
Overseas business trips are held 2-3 times a year at exhibitions, etc., and domestic business trips are to Kanto / Tohoku / Hokkaido 2-3 times a month / 2-3 days per time.
We go around two companies a day, and basically we use public transportation, and in the case of rural areas, we use rental cars. Both individual and team sales are available. It is a business style that increases the number of products handled and increases sales. Most of our customers are existing customers, but when handling new products, we will work with the company's technical team (8 to 9 people) to develop new products through weekday exhibitions, web advertisements, and private seminars.
After joining the company, it is an image that you will gain knowledge through external training, overseas training, and accompanying seniors, and you will become independent in about 1 to 2 years, but you will be asked to conduct manufacturer training 2-3 times a year, and actively follow up with external training etc. Doing. * Training costs are borne by the company

The laser department 2 to which I am assigned is 5 to 6 people (executive officer (1) department manager (2) section manager (1) member (1) / 30s-50s / almost mid-career employees), and my previous job was a trading company or manufacturer. Many are from different industries and liberal arts. The entire sales organization has 40 people, but laser products are divided into 1 and 2 parts depending on the customer, and there are 2 other equipment units other than laser products, for a total of 4 units.
