-Responding to inquiries from corporate customers (phone call, email, chat)
-Scrutiny of problems, handing over and follow up to related departments as necessary
-Sharing knowledge and cases within the team, improving own skills and knowledge for business improvement
Multinational and global office environment.
|Working Hours||Shift work including night shift, 2 days off a week|
-At least 2 years experience in Call center
-Business level of English
-Be able to work on weekend and public holiday
-Be able to work during midnight and in shift.
