Job Description This is a job that contributes to business expansion by promptly responding to inquiries from corporate customers who use the electronic payment services
The market in charge includes the UK, so it is a job that allows you to utilize your English proficiency.

-Responding to inquiries from corporate customers (phone call, email, chat)
-Scrutiny of problems, handing over and follow up to related departments as necessary
-Sharing knowledge and cases within the team, improving own skills and knowledge for business improvement

Working Hours Shift work including night shift, 2 days off a week

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree
-JLPT N1
-At least 2 years experience in Call center
-Business level of English
-Be able to work on weekend and public holiday
-Be able to work during midnight and in shift.
English Level Fluent (TOEIC 865-)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary Depends on experience
