Duties at multilingual call center:
・ Interpretation between Japanese and foreigners
・ Interpretation for native staff working at overseas call centers
・ Email translation, etc.
Mainly interpreters and email translators for inquiries related to transportation, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc. using telephones and video equipment.
It is a company that provides services for foreigners living in Japan to resolve communication concerns. Experience is not required, we are looking for people who are interested in language skills and hospitality.

・ Japanese level N1
・ English business level (equivalent to TOEIC 880)
・ Vietnamese business level
・ Those who can work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays
・ Those who can handle night shifts (night shift does not occur when you first start working)
