You will be responsible for
1. setting the process and standard of global IDC Customer Service
2. delivery of global IDC customer projects, including cabinets, power, air conditioning, networks, cabling, server status etc.
3. daily management and staffing of IDC Customer Service team
Job task will include the following:
1 Support the sales/pre-sales team for the technical feasibility analysis of the proposal and solution and propose the delivery plans
2 Support the customer internal audit/ external audit (Experience on ISO 27001,) request.
3 Responsible for communicating with customers in the delivery new rack arrangement/ rack installation / power connection/ server installation/ parts installation
4 Responsible for coordinating the customer's project implementation team, makes sure they will complete the delivery according to the solution and schedule in the order, and supervises the delivery quality.
5 Trouble shoot with network / network equipment/customer server problem, hardware /software trouble shoot skill
6 Support customer arrange daily/ weekly / monthly Job.
Such as Access Control, Daily patrol, check PDU reading, server checking, weekly report, monthly report, etc
7 According to the customer request, new staff training / new staff Assessment
8 Team building and staff management
9. Ad-hoc assignment

・Bachelor’s degree or above
