IT (Hardware/Network) - Network Engineer
Participates in and plays an active role in project relocation and consolidation on the operation and management of in-house Voice systems, call centers, dealing rooms, head offices, branch office telephones, and maintenance of telephone lines.
・ Design and manage voice system (creating requirement definition, designing document and constructing guidelines)
・ Plan for improvement and maintenance of voice environment (EOS support, security measures, performance improvement, integration, investigation/ evaluation/ execution plan for new technology installation)
・ Work coordination with and outside of the team
・ Supports L2 escalation in the event of voice system failure
・ Experienced in operating or constructing CISCO CUCM and related equipment (CUC, IVR, IPCC, etc.)
・ Experienced in operation and construction of CISCO Telpresence
・ CISCO CCNA or equivalent network skill certified
・ Experienced in operating and building 100 or more lines and free dialing
・ Experienced in the operation and construction of call recording devices
・ Experience in operating and building medium-sized or larger IP PBX
・ Experience in operating and building medium-sized or larger call centers
・ Able to summarize and embody requests from general users and convey work to be carried out
・ Experience in Japanese companies and/or IT department in the financial industry is desirable.

・ NICE / Verint Voice Recording
・ Basic knowledge of Circuits - Analog, ISDN, Tollfree
・ General communication and presentation skills
・ Genesys CC System
・ CISCO Telepresence
Be able to read and write, such as understanding English emails and manuals.
